Our family olive groves are located in the northeast of Portugal, in the Douro Valley. This olive oil comes from our traditional harvests. They represent human-sized plots, with ancestral olive varieties, and artisanal know-how that we wish to preserve. With a predominance of black olives, this olive oil offers a certain sweetness. Its fruitiness allows for daily use in your cooking. Use it liberally for cooking your food and seasoning it!
