Ordered a few bags and only was shipped one BUT was charged 42.20 to ship a box - as soon as I received it I looked up what shipping actually was and they profited pretty well from it. UPS ground should have been 13.11 Instead on communicating all bags but 1 would actually be shipped they shipped out the ONE bag and gouged me on shipping. Very unhappy and will NOT be a returning customer. Even on their AmericanDarling site directly

Loved this bag however it was damaged and the seller would not provide any refund or help. I was directed to reach out to American Darling directly. Water damage, cracked leather, scratched hardware, uneven closure and opening flap and discolored chain. This bag is beautiful but is not normal quality standards. After years of purchasing from them, this seller has truly let me down on this one.
