Wholesale Drift Mobile — Black Patina

The Drift mobile explores the relationship between the linear composition and scaling circles that results in a shapeshifting kinetic mobile. The technical detail of half circles carefully soldered to each bar accentuates the physical balance and sculptural nature, while the striking black patina adds a graphic finish. Handcrafted at the Circle & Line studio in Austin, Texas. Dimensions: Hangs 40" from the ceiling including a 10" top chain. Body of the mobile is 30" H x 32" W. Weight: 2 lbs Materials: Made entirely of brass components. The deep, naturally nuanced black is achieved through the reaction of brass dipped in a patina. Each piece is hand-buffed and finished with a matte lacquer. Drip marks from the patina process are normal and a beautiful part of the finish.
