1st order of lamps to "test" the products... out of 9 items ordered, 5 arrived damaged or broken! I think there is no quality control of the products sent, the paint on the XL rattan lamp is chipping, rattan fibers are broken, and the metal lamps are poorly finished with uncut metal pieces. As for the responsiveness of customer service, nothing in the face of this disastrous order. I absolutely do not recommend this brand.
