We ordered 7 SKUS...it was shipped in 12 boxes with tons of empty space in huge boxes...the whole order could have been in 1/2 the amount of boxes...then freight was $204.00 on a $536.25 order. WHOA. 38%! Messaged company about my surprise and they said "blame Faire," this has never happened with a single other brand before. One entire set of items came damaged and they messaged saying they don't ever replace damaged items (glad I paid shipping on trash!). On top of it all..they are at TJ MAXX!
