The mouth flaps open when the toy is not being used and requires a rubber band to keep it shut. I see this as a design defect and an opportunity for the toy to break quickly. This is not worth the price.

The head of the pincher requires a rubber band to keep it closed. Without the rubber band, the mouth flaps wide open. See photos. This is a defect in design.
