Native to Northeastern South America, the Brownheart heartwood is a medium to dark brown color and sometimes shows a reddish hue. Lighter brown lines mixed throughout give a contrasted appearance. Both strong and beautiful, Brownheart has been harvested and used for both utility and aesthetic purposes throughout its natural range. Each pair is finished with a high gloss epoxy resin that provides a jewel like luster while adding strength and stability to the wood. A soft cloth and an occasional gentle buffing will help you maintain the lustrous finish for years. Approximately 1 7/8 inches long and 1 1/8 inches wide.
