Sekiryu Nakiri (Vegetable) Knife has a 165mm (6.5) rectangular structured blade made out of stainless steel. Ivory handle is made of Genuine wood with a plastic black cap. Nakiris are Japanese vegetable knives used for cutting and shaving all types of vegetables. The thin blade will not crush the vegetables, but cut them into thin slices. Name of series is inscribed onto the blade in Japanese.
