“Lussac Saint Emilion AOC Chateau Haut Gazeau Located at the highest point of the place called “” Gazeau “” from which the origin of its name, the Château HAUT-GAZEAU estate extends over 9 hectares planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, on soils of sandy-clay textures and a clay-limestone subsoil. The average age of the vines is 40 years old. Cultivation methods are traditional, ensuring the greatest respect for the soil and the vine: thinning and leaf stripping are carried out, if necessary, according to the climatic conditions and the course of the vegetative cycle. The fermentation and the vatting of the harvest is thermoregulated. The entire harvest is aged in French oak barrels selected according to the vintage, then bottled at the Château.
