ORGANIC WILD BLUEBERRY Blueberries are characterised by a sour taste typical of mountain forests. They grow all over European woods up about 2,300 m of altitude. They contain precious minerals such as calcium, manganese and phosphor, and they are rich in vitamin C and A, and in carotenoids. Their deep, distinctive colour is due to anthocyanin, a highly beneficial water soluble pigment from the family of flavonoids.
