We have only ordered twice from this company and it'll probably be our last. TERRIBLE customer service by Manu. They send the wrong or defective products. They expect you to go to a shipping station to return all the wrong product they sent in the first place and we're responsible for buying all the packing materials. their customer service rep Manu, is snarky and lacks any type of customer service skills. Also you never get your full order because things end up being out of stock. thumbs 👎

Unfortunately, I had to leave a 4 star because both times I've ordered from this retailer, something has arrived broken. I also had to follow up once to get a replacement - so speed to fix the issue would have been more appreciated. Otherwise - I love this brand's options and prices. I will continue to reorder from them in hopes that their packaging is more secure.

merchandiser tricked me into giving a favorable reveiw. i ordered 4 oils. 3 were out of stock and instead of reaching out and telling me they were out of stock they cancelled the oils with no explanation so i was confused when i got my stuff. left an unhappy reveiw then he reaches out. seller said he would send me oil replacements. and i assumed they would be free to make up this mess. come to find out they arent. he wants to charge my credit card when i wanted to use my net terms. never again.
