Salmon Seasoning Mix {with angel hair pasta}. All Natural. Gluten-Free. Serves 8. Cooking Instructions, Full Recipe on Package Coat entire salmon fillets with olive oil. Rub about 1 tsp. of Salmon Seasoning per fillet, coating all sides. Reserve about 2 teaspoons of seasoning for the Angel Hair Pasta. On the Grill: Cook, skin side down, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork. Stovetop: Use a heavy skillet. Heat empty skillet on high heat for about 2 minutes. Place salmon in pan, skin side down. Immediately turn heat to low. Cover and let cook, undisturbed for 15-20 minutes. Angel Hair Pasta (Optional): Cook pasta according to directions on box & drain. Melt butter & olive oil in the pasta pan. Add 2 tsp. of Salmon Seasoning & lemon juice. Add pasta, toss, add cheese, and toss to coat.
