Carefully selected, fully ripe Williams pears are carefully crushed and removed from the stalk and skin. The puree is gently distilled into the final fermentation and finely distilled several times. This is the only way to create the typical, fruit-intensive scent and taste of excellent old Williams. The taste is unmistakably soft, full-bodied and delicately spicy. In short: a top-class brandy.
