CREATE AMAZING DISHES WITH BLACK RICE Black rice is a beautiful and versatile alternative in cooking that has a delicious, slightly nutty flavour.  Like traditional rice, black rice is great when served plain, or seasoned with vegetable stock. Try red rice as part of a salad with sun dried tomatoes, olives, spring onion, or a host of other fresh and flavourful greens and vegetables.
