The amphibians start off one color, but changes when placed in a warm spot or warm water. The color changes instantly, and it is a ton of fun in the bath. My boys love these in the tub. I keep a cup of ice water on the side, and they dip them in and make different color patterns! The lizards are large! They are 5" long and 2" wide. Comes in 12 Colors.
