Monsoon Malabar Replacement - Our lowest acidic coffee - smooth with notes of chocolate and nuts. The Brazil Light is a specialty coffee from the Mogiana Region of Brazil. It is grown from a well known specialty coffee farm named Capricornio. They distance themselves further from the equator meaning they are outside the Tropic of Capricorn entailing cooler winters and a lower average temperature. Because of this maturation is extended with pronounced sweetness. We have roasted with coffee light aiming to offer a low acidic coffee that is low on bitterness, well balanced, smooth and clean. It can be used in both filter/plunger or espresso brew methods, although we recommend a finer grind for espresso.
