If you do not verify that your request can be completed PRIOR to ordering and following the instructions we provide, your order will ship as shown in the listing picture WITHOUT changes. Please verify you have the correct shipping address before submitting your order. If your order has been printed and shipped prior to us being notified of the address change, we will not be able to help you. It will be your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to track the order. If your order is delivered and you do not receive it, we will gladly help you track the item.
