The Terre dei Trulli taralli are the authentic Apulian tradition. They are produced following the original recipe, handed down from generation to generation, which involves the use of a few simple ingredients: flour, water and oil. We select only Italian and Apulian ingredients, strictly free of artificial colors and preservatives. Given their low caloric value and their simplicity, Apulian taralli are a truly versatile food. They can be used to accompany first courses and soups, but they find their ideal role in an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a drink and to olives, cold cuts and pickles. The “Celline” are an olive quality typical of the lands of Salento, the southern part of Puglia. They are small in size and have a very intense taste. They give these taralli their dark color and ennoble the original recipe.
