Wholesale Wrecked Smokey Datil

For our next endeavor, we wanted to create another first; so with some serious heat, testing, and flavor analysis- we decided to make something smokey! Being a pioneer has to be more than the just being first though: it has to be the best. Keeping this in mind, we knew we needed to bring in more robust flavors: that of rich chipotle peppers, refreshing Florida Key Lime, and, (of course) a few more of our favorite Datil peppers.
