The first chocolate produced with certified “Siracusa Lemon PGI” peels, processed by manually separating the skin of the lemons that is dried for 36-40 hours at about 30°C. Similar to orange peels, even those of lemon are perceived in a continuous alternation with the decisive aromatic notes of our chocolate. The result is a very joyful, delicate and soft citrus taste that gradually evolves in the palate and then leaves a consistent aftertaste.
