We purchased several of these jewelry boxes in previous years, and they were a huge hit in our gift shop. Our 2026 order was disappointing. Several boxes had rough edges, smudged finishes, and the interior backing fell apart when customers opened them. We didn't discover the defects until after displaying them, which was beyond the 14-day return window. We've contacted the company multiple times but have received no response. As repeat customers, we expected better quality and customer service.
