Wholesale Custom house portrait kit, housewarming gift, house painting

This kit provides the recipient with all the instructions they need to get in touch with me to order a custom house portrait. The customer will receive a pen and watercolor portrait on heavy watercolor paper. Here's how it works: 1. The customer purchases this kit (5x7 or 8x10 in). 2. The customer (or gift recipient) follows the instructions inside to contact me with their name, address, house photo, and any special requests (i.e. exclude lawn sign). 4. I create a house portrait and ship it directly to the recipient at no further charge. The turnaround time is 2 weeks to ship the painting. I shop via First Class USPS which usually takes about 5 days domestically.
