The famous Uzbek ikat weaver cooperated with Oscar de la Renta back in 2005, and this collaboration made it straight from the catwalk to the museums: To Dye For: Ikats from Central Asia, National Museum of Asian Art, Washington, D.C. We were also honored to get creative together with Rasuljon Mirzaahmedov and create something very special: Madhu, an oversized caftan made of 100% hand-woven silk ikat.
