Our mushroom grow kits are hand made and certified organic. They are made with all materials sourced from within the USA and are made completely in the USA at our small farm. We sell them wholesale in cases of 12. It's best to sell these within 2 months of receiving them. They won't "spoil" per se but will eventually start growing inside the box. If you are able to store the lion's mane or oyster kits between 34 and 50 degrees, they will keep for 4 months or more. Those temps will leave them in a suspended state as if it were winter and they're waiting for spring to grow again. The pink oysters should be stored between 45 and 55 degrees for long term storage. Each kit has 3lbs of certified organic mushroom mycelium in it, enough to grow 1-2 pounds of mushrooms across multiple flushes. All kits come with a misting bottle and detailed directions on the sides of the box.
