Boréal Gin is 100% organic and handmade, distilled with 2 essences of fir from Forez: Douglas fir and white fir harvested in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château (42). We combine these essences with juniper berries and a botanical bouquet based on coriander and peppermint. A real forest flavor and an aromatic explosion. It can be enjoyed as a Gin Tonic with or without Sapinette. Vintage 2022 limited edition of 696 numbered bottles. Distilled in a copper still by Eau Des Vivants, produced and bottled by MAISON 16.
