Mauricio prepares dozens of different coffees, each of which has its own specificity. This grouping of farms is located in a very beautiful region of El Salvador, known as “The Flower Route”. Mauricio has agro-forestry production that allows him to grow his coffee trees under shade. These shade trees have several interests, they protect the soil and preserve the humidity of coffee trees in the dry season, they thus promote soil drainage.
