OC CÔTES DE PROVENCE CRU CLASSIFIED. The wine: The Domaine's confidential rosé, produced in limited quantities. Situation: Maritime border, La Croix Valmer, Saint Tropez peninsula. Plot selection on the Terroirs: clay-shale from Croix Valmer. In the vineyard: The management of the vineyard meets the requirements of sustainable viticulture, in harmony with the exceptional environment of the site. Yields are deliberately limited in order to obtain a higher aromatic concentration in the berries. Winemaking: Drying before pressing, light maceration and casking of 30% of the cuvée in French oak barrels, before fermentation, for a period of 6 months. Degustation: Dress: bright rose gold. Nose: expressive nose offering notes of citrus, yellow peach and slightly roasted dried fruits. Palate: perfectly chiselled palate, the volume is sumptuous, balanced by just freshness and noble bitters. Department: 11° to 13°C - Fresh not iced.
