I describe my mind as a diverse mental manic component with a vast amount of speeding freeways. My thoughts and visions that arise and flow simultaneously uncontrolably at times. I use to perceive my racing thoughts as one of my mental health debilitating insecurities. But as of today with the light of my new awakening I am able to channel my thoughts. Writing them down into stories, poetry or songs. Liberating melodized thoughts a fresh therapeutic finding assisting me to relieve the weight off my brain and slow down the speeding freeway traffic. Without any guilt or shame. To flow and express myself boldly and free out of seclusion. In hopes to inspire and shed light on unclean substances and circumstances. Ive been shifted to step out of my comfort zone. Exploring fresh unfamiliar destinations of the unknown. Which has presented me this new identity. My new best friend whom I cherish deeply today.
