This order brought the issue to our attention that Shopify was not syncing the updated product images correctly, which resulted in the incorrect photos being displayed. As soon as the issue was identified, the retailer received a full refund and was offered a replacement product featuring the correct images. as it is the retailer was refunded and kept the candles even though they were the wrong ones as stated, I never saw pictures showing they were the wrong ones —Ember and Earth • 26 jul 2026

The jars are 8 oz, as accurately described in the product listing. Because these are quilted jars, a traditional adhesive label was not suitable, so a hang tag was used instead. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to improve our product descriptions and address potential concerns more clearly in the future.
