We were commissioned to make this beer by the French Foreign Legion. They wanted a thirst quenching beer for after their gruelling training sessions. We chose a Grisette because it is a working man’s beer. Traditionally served to miner’s in the North of France. They also know the meaning of hard work. This is It’s the ideal after work beer, summer bbq or session beer. The slight tartness really quenches the thirst.
