It has a warming effect, boosts circulation, and diminishes inflammation. Main ingredient: Arnica has a long history of use as a potent natural pain reliever. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it effective in reducing aches and pain related to bruises, headaches, sore muscles, cramps, minor sprains, and arthritis. This product is intended for external use only. Ingredients: Organic sunflower oil infused with arnica, st. john's wort, white willow bark, habanero, and local beeswax.
