Built with the same 2 ½-inch-high collar that gracefully stands straight up to frame your neck, or, if you prefer, fold the collar gently down. This easy piece features bracelet-length sleeves and a half-placket like its predecessor that conceals two strategically placed modesty snaps. Created with an easy-care white twill fabric, Elsie has a subtle V-neck and a curved shirttail front and back. Fitted at the shoulders, the fit is exactly the same through the chest, waist, and hips as the Cap Sleeve League.
