the ginger chew cookies were good. the others were hard and just not good enough to even sell at my shop. customers didn't like them. the chocolate chip cookies were especially not good. waste of money trying something new :-(

Sans Bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods that are just amazing in freshness and flavor. I highly recommend their products, and they have been wonderful in helping us establish and launch our small gluten-free market within our artisan market.
