We love these products but communication has been extremely poor over the last six months. Several items have been out of stock for nearly half a year. We have an order that we placed nearly a month ago that we were told would ship several weeks late due to a warehouse change. The item was not shipped on the date we were told and we have not heard from the brand in over 10 days.
