I contacted the shop in October for a resolution, sent photos, etc and was told new ones would be shipped out. I made contact 1-2 times per month since October and still have not received the items. I was hoping to not have to post a bad review but at this moment, I’ve not been contacted with the shipping information and it’s Jan 20.
