Sourced from Modena, Italy aged 25 years in oak casks to tame it’s acidity and round out the flavors.  Rich and sweet with aromas of Port and Madiera. This balsamic is  tasty on salads, drizzled over avocado toast, on roasted veggies, ice cream and strawberries etc. 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz.). The flavor is representative of $100 bottle for half the cost.
