VEISTO serving plate stand is a beautifully cut wooden holder for your serving plates. You use your own serving plates with VEISTO. This way you don't need many different plates with foot that take a lot of room in the cupboards. The design for VEISTO has its origins in traditional Finnish wood carving products, now with a modern twist. VEISTO is composed of two parts; the silhouettes are cut from Finnish birch plywood and easily put together. Although the product is light, it is very sturdy when assembled. It is simple to assemble, fold away and store. The material of VEISTO is a very durable, sustainably-grown birch. Grinding and careful surface treatment are done by hand, so the wood will not absorb any dirt or stains. The path the VEISTO serving plate stands travel from birch forest through production takes place entirely in Finland. VEISTO has received FORM 2018 Design Award by the German Association of Arts and Crafts. There are two heights and three colors.
