Our vegan and grain free Scone Mix is absolutely delicious! Made with a blend of almond and coconut milk powder, we have created a dry mix that makes 8 scones, perfect for your next tea party. Just add maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ: Almond flour, coconut milk powder, coconut flour, baking soda, pink salt and currants. ππΆπΏπ²π°ππΆπΌπ»π: β’ Preheat oven to 350. β’ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. β’ In a medium sized bowl, add dry mix & 3 tblsp of maple syrup, 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar & 1 tblsp vanilla extract. β’ Stir in to a tacky dough. β’ Press dough down to form a circle about 2 inches thick. β’ Cut into 8 wedges. β’ Spread the wedges onto baking sheet & bake for about 12-15 minutes. β’ Enjoy with cup of tea!
