I ordered about 3 kg of Turkish coffee from Bigg Brands for my business in the USA. Unfortunately, the products arrived with only 3 weeks left before expiration. After I contacted them, they sincerely apologized, issued refund, and sent a replacement shipment from Turkey with a much longer shelf life. Their customer service was excellent, and they took full responsibility for the mistakeI will definitely continue purchasing from them in the future and would highly recommend Bigg Brands to anyone
