Avocado is a superhero ingredient for the skin. It relieves irritation, expedites healing, hydrates, moisturizes and protects from ultraviolet radiation and debris. Putting straight avocado oil on the skin can be a sticky, greasy hassle, and using butters made with a combination of ingredients introduces potential for irritation and reduced effectivity. A year ago we set out to solve this problem. The wait is over and our specially formulated avocado butter is finally finished! Manufactured by Ladson’s here in the United States using 100% cold pressed, unrefined Ethiopian avocado oil. This luxurious butter is a soft solid at room temperature and glides onto the skin wonderfully, leaving behind a fast absorbing layer that feels soft and clean. We have very lightly scented the butter with a combination of essential oils to give it a fresh, gentle aroma.
