Wholesale Faubourg - Pilsner

Faubourg is our very last permanent Pilsner (Lager) style beer! For the recipe, we decided to be true to the style by using 100% Pilsner malt and traditional Czech and German noble hops (Saaz, Perle, Tettnang, Hersbrucker). The result is a dry, thirst-quenching beer with a clear color with good effervescence and persistent foam. The aromatic profile is delicate thanks to the low fermentation. Thus, the beautiful malty notes are counterbalanced by the light bitterness and by the herbaceous and spicy side typical of these noble hops. It is a very drinkable and accessible beer that will delight all types of consumers: the name Faubourg was in fact chosen to echo the popular aspect of this style.
