Overall we are happy with the product and pricing. However, after placing our order a part of it was cancelled due to what I assume was an out of stock. Since the shampoos and conditioners often sell as pairs I wish they would have let us know this before shipping so we could change our order to a different scent. I sent a message asking if that was possible but never received a response.
