This product is awesome! The only issue is the profitability of reselling this item, is not viable. This product is sold on Amazon at the same price we pay for it on this platform. After shipping, the cost incurred becomes more expensive than what the competition is offering. Customers will always do their homework and find out where they can get the same product for less. Around the MSRP, I would have to climb to $600 to be profitable, to cover all of my costs and earn beyond a break even.

I received my order and through the installation I noticed the front wheel was damaged, a wobbly rim. I quickly reached to the manufacturer and submitted a claim for a replacement. I spoke to Ramin (Manufacturer) and Angelika (Faire) to help mitigate any challenges that was presented. They both worked in great coordination bringing the matter to a swift resolution by a line of communication on both ends. My customer service experience was doubt free. Good work everyone!
