A note about our "Customization" option for fragrances: Our candles are a ministry as well as a business for us, so we work hard to keep our quality high and costs low to make our products accessible to a wide audience. Shipping is a huge part of our costs so we put lots of effort into configuring and calculating our case packs to minimize that expense. Our best value comes in shipping cases of twelve 8-oz candles, or nine 14-oz candles. The Faire platform offers selling in case packs, but only cases of the same variety of an item (ex. 12 candles of the same fragrance). In order to offer a mixture of fragrances within the case pack, we decided to utilize Faire's customization option so retailers can specify how many of each fragrance you would like in your case pack. Unfortunately, customization is accompanied by Faire's message that customized items are non-refundable.
