When you give someone a chance. I had read the reviews and the seller responded quickly to my query about the past review. Delivery did not happen for my first order, and when I followed up, the seller basically told me I needed to contact DPD. Words of advice were sent that it is the seller's responsibility to follow up. I did contact Faire, who were very quick to follow up with the seller, and the seller then sent the package. The quality of the items is disappointing and not worth $70 retail. I won't be using them again.

All the products we've ordered from this place have a great quality. Everything looks the same quality as in the pictures even though the design varies a little bit which makes sense since each product is unique. The only inconvenience is that the delivery fee is expensive, the shipping was fast however even though it came from far away. Everything else is fine though, my clients love these products. I believe they are worth getting!
