We’ve had two rings come back to our shop with stones that fell out. One customer literally walked out of our store and was back two minutes later with a missing stone. The rings don’t not show signs of damage. My guess is they are not set properly. Another style from this same manufacturer had the same issue. We will not be purchasing from them again.
