V1 CLASSICLINE (STARTER SET) – Our Börner V1 Vegetable Slicer is the classic among V-slicers. The V1 Slicer accurately and quickly cuts fruits & vegetables into even slices. With the V1 Vegetable Slicer, you can cut fruits and vegetables into slices in 5 different thickness settings (Slice: 0.07" , 0.14" & 0.22" Julienne: 0.14" & 0.28"). Adjustable kitchen slicer with V-blade made of stainless steel. EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade. Also, rinse the fruit holder under running water. The mandoline slicer can also be washed in the dishwasher.
