Produced with sourdough and Verna flour, an ancient variety of wheat from Tuscany, ground in stone. A tastier rusk that contains the beneficial properties of flaxseed and sunflower combined with the superfood of spirulina algae. Spirulina algae produced by the Becagli company in Grosseto has countless beneficial effects: it is rich in iron, protein and low in fat; it is a natural antioxidant and helps to strengthen the immune system. It contains a total of 18 amino acids, twice the protein of soy and three times that of beef. Only 3 g of Spirulina is equivalent to about 10 apples (vitamin A), 150 grapes (vitamin B2), 70 g of carrots (beta carotene) and 100 g of spinach (iron).
