Halloween - Kid's Pumpkin Hat
I purchased these for a large festival and was worried about the shipping time frame that they wouldn't arrive on time. Fortunately, they did arrive on time. I would give their shipping 5 stars. However, I purchased these for children/kids, and the hats are extremely large. even on most adults, the hats are large. I'm extremely disappointed these were labeled as Kid's Hats since they do not fit any child, big or small. definitely not kids. I reached out & received zero response. very upsetting.
