We love these crackers but placed an order that got marked as delivered in another state. After multiple follow ups with the Nufs team we got no response so we reported the goods as missing and are stuck with the shipping costs even though we never received anything. Not sure what happened but very bummed because we loved our first batch of these crackers.

Shipping was slow…. Product arrived in tact, however… most customers have complained that all of the contents are broken into tiny, almost inedible pieces. We’ve given numerous refunds. When attempting to reorder the larger boxed product, we find the manufacturer is out of stock on most products the majority of the time. Unreliable product to keep stocked, which is disappointing because the product itself is a great one.
